I know what it is like to live the majority of your life spending SO MUCH mental energy obsessing about how much you’re eating, what you’re eating, and how you “should” change your body. I have always existed in a larger body and with that have experienced an immense amount of fatphobia and weight stigma. I heard over and over again from clinicians, society- heck even family and friends- that I needed to lose weight in order to be happy and healthy.
That’s why I pride myself in being a non-diet, weight-inclusive, and Health at Every Size® aligned registered dietitian nutritionist. After spending almost two decades of my life dealing with and healing from an eating disorder, it has become my passion helping individuals (like you) heal their relationship with food and their body. No matter the shape and size of your body, you deserve to be treated with love, dignity, and respect.
